Saed Meshki, born 1964, Iran

Education: Graduated in Graphic Design in the Faculty of Fine Arts at University of Tehran

Professional Activities: Working as a free-lance Graphic Designer in his personal studio on cultural projects / teaches at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Tehran / Founding member of Neshan (Iranian Graphic Design magazine) / Art Director and Graphic Designer of several publication houses

Memberships: Member of the Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI) / Member of the Iranian Graphic Designers Society (IGDS)

Honours: National and international awards in different categories such as: Winner of the Second Prize for cover design and the Special Prize of Creativity of the 6th Biennial of Iranian Graphic Design, 1999 / First Prize for Cover Design of the 7th Biennial of Iranian Graphic Design, 2001 / Pearl of Czech Republic Design, 2002 / First Prize of the First Biennial of Cover Design of Tehran, 2003 / Icograda Excellent Award in the 19th international poster Biennial Warsaw, 2004

Selected Bibliography: Saed’s artworks have been published in many books namely in “Area” (selected by Anthon Beeke), World Graphic Design and several other magazines.
